"Shipping orders is literally way less messy now"
This has made getting orders shipped out so much easier for us. We’re literally not dealing with the same mixups and confusion we used to, which has been a huge relief.

"Good, but pricey for a small shop"
I liked parts of inFlow, honestly. Handy. But once we added a few users and needed some basic extras, the cost started climbing fast. Ouch. For a small shop like ours, it just didn’t feel like the value was really there. Support was fine, nothing terrible, but I kept thinking we could probably find similar tools for less somewhere else. Meh.

"Hard to Find the Basics"
It took me a while just to find the basic stuff I was looking for, that part was weird. Once I figured it out, it was fine, but getting there wasn’t as straightforward as I expected

"Cloud access feels a bit hit or miss"
We switched to inFlow mostly for the cloud access. That was the big reason, honestly. So everyone could get in from wherever and not have to mess around. And it does work, to be fair. But some days the web version just feels slow. I’ll click from a product to an invoice and then... loading screen. Just sitting there. Not ideal when someone is literally waiting on an answer.
I’ve also had a couple of times where it randomly kicked me out or the session got weird and I had to refresh and log back in. Small stuff, but it adds up during a busy day. Support was fine when I reached out, no major complaints there. I just expected the cloud version to feel a little more solid. It’s usable. I’m not saying it’s terrible. Just more frustrating than I hoped
"It does the job for adding products..."
It does the job for adding products, so I can’t really complain too much there. But when I have to edit a bunch of items, it starts feeling clunky fast. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like that process could be a lot smoother.

"Works okay, but I wish vendor setup was smoother"
Vendor management gets the job done, but I kind of regret not noticing sooner how clunky editing supplier details can feel. It’s not a bad system by any means, but that part could definitely use some cleanup to make it less frustrating.

"My first thought: the syncing just isn’t as…"
My first thought: the syncing just isn’t as smooth as it should be. It works, but there’s enough lag or inconsistency that I noticed it right away. If that gets cleaned up, the overall experience would feel a lot better.

"Helpful, but the wait was frustrating"
The staff were helpful once I finally got to speak with someone, but the queue took way too long. I was standing around waiting for ages, which got frustrating. Overall, the service was good, just really slow.

"Importing and exporting works well"
I’ve found it easy to import my items and export reports when I need them. I did run into a small formatting issue once, but after reading between the lines in the support docs a bit, I was able to figure it out without much trouble.

"B2B portal still feels a bit rough"
We’ve had a decent experience with the inventory side, but the B2B portal has been a different story. A few of our customers ran into login issues, and once they got in, the ordering pages weren’t exactly the easiest to navigate. I found myself wishing we had more flexibility around pricing and being able to control what each customer can see. Support was friendly and tried to help, but the whole process still ended up slowing us down more than we expected...

"The Shopify sync saved me so much…"
The Shopify sync saved me so much time it felt like I got my whole day back. I was expecting to spend forever updating things manually, but it just worked and took a huge weight off my shoulders. Such a relief!

"Decent, but feels a bit pricey for the performance"
Inflow is okay when everything is running smoothly, but it’s been slow for us more often than I’d like. Syncing stock can take a while, and sometimes pages just sit there loading, which gets frustrating when you’re trying to get through daily tasks. Support was friendly, but the main issue didn’t really get resolved. It’s not a bad system, but for what we’re paying, I expected it to be more reliable and a lot less annoying to use every day

"I tried using inFlow for our kitting and..."
I tried using inFlow for our kitting and assembly, maybe I just didn’t have enough patience for it, but it felt clunky for what we needed. Building kits seemed to take more steps than I expected, and when I had to make small changes, it was way too easy for me to mess something up. It does work, so maybe it’s fine for teams with more time to set it up properly, but for our shop, it just didn’t feel smooth enough.

"Pretty easy to get started, and worth it"
Getting set up with inFlow wasn’t too bad at all. The onboarding call was genuinely helpful for figuring out my items and locations, even though I did have to go back and rewatch a couple parts later. It took me a day or two before I felt fully comfortable, but support got back to me quickly whenever I had questions. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid tool and a good value once you get past the initial setup...

"Pretty Handy, Though Not Perfect"
I like that it saves time and makes things easier, especially when you just want to get something done quickly. It does miss things sometimes, so you still have to double-check, but overall it’s useful

"Good overall, but I watch it after sales"
Most of the time the counts look accurate, so I don’t really think about it much day to day. The only time I pay close attention is after a sale or promo, because that’s when I’ve noticed the numbers can be a little off. Not a huge issue, but it does make me double-check before trusting it completely
"Flexible Enough for Our Day-to-Day"
I’ve been using inFlow for our stock and orders, and overall it’s been solid. There are probably a handful of settings that took me a little while to get used to, but once I figured them out, I liked how much we could customize it to fit the way we work. It’s not perfect, but for about 90% of what we need, it does the job well

"Permissions that don’t waste my time"
I don’t have a lot of patience for fiddling with settings, so I was happy this was simple. It’s easy to control who can see what, and it saves me from dealing with a bunch of annoying little permission issues.

I really like how simple the reports is to use. They helps me catch stock issues quickly without digging around forever.

"I was a little nervous about…"
I was a little nervous about connecting it to QuickBooks at first, but it ended up being easy. It’s already saving me from having to type invoices in twice, which is a huge relief. So far I haven’t run into any major issues, and I’m hoping it keeps working this smoothly.
